Mr. Fox joined Rees Broome, PC in 2008. His practice is centered on community association law. He has significant experience drafting association governing documents, amendments to governing documents, land use and zoning applications, and general corporate matters. Prior to practicing, Mr. Fox worked for the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk, in the areas of wetlands permitting, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas and development matters. |
