Mr. Titus has practiced with Rees Broome, PC since 1997, concentrating on commercial dispute resolution focused on construction and professional liability issues. Mr. Titus is a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator and provides mediation and arbitration services through The McCammon Group, Ltd. Between 1971 and 1982, Mr. Titus served in the U.S. Department of Justice. During his tenure, he held numerous positions and handled many cases of national prominence. He has also been a principal in Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough, and Venable, LLP.

 
 


Practice Focus

Broad commercial dispute resolution practice currently focuses on construction issues including design and structural failure and the general representation and counseling of architects and engineers in virtually every phase of their business operations. He has also represented contractors, owners and developers with respect to construction-related matters. Experienced in all phases of alternative dispute resolution.
