Mr. Titus is a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator and provides mediation and arbitration services through The McCammon Group, Ltd. Between 1971 and 1982, Mr. Titus served in the U.S. Department of Justice. During his tenure, he held numerous positions and handled many cases of national prominence. He has also been a principal in Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough, and Venable, LLP. |
