law and contract issues
• Advises clients on the choice of and formation of business entities

• Represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases
Real Property Law/Community Associations

community associations during and after the period of transition from
developer control, including the
pursuit of litigation
against Developers
• Represents clients in zoning and land use issues, interpretation and
enforcement of easements and covenants, and with federal, state and local
regulatory matters
• Represents clients in eminent domain proceedings and with respect to
HUD-related issues
• Represents clients in the development of real property
