Alison’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial dispute resolution. In particular, she often represents architects, engineers, and others involved in the construction industry.
Alison works with her construction industry clients to:
• Assist in risk analysis, evaluation, allocation and management
• Assist in preparing and negotiating contracts
• Provide pre-claim counseling
• Assist in negotiation, mediation, litigation and/or arbitration of claims
• Assist with contract enforcement issues
• File bid protests
• Work out payment plans for monetary defaults
