The civil litigation group also includes skilled appellate lawyers who handle appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts.
